Shipping policy
The Lumara are ready to leave. They're not in a rush. But they're ready.
Processing Time
Orders ship within 1–3 business days. We pack each order with care, soft padding, and zero urgency. They'll get there when they get there.
Domestic Shipping
Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days depending on where you live and how calmly the logistics gods are feeling that week.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by country — usually 7–21 business days. Customs and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient. We don't control borders. Neither do the Lumara. They just wait.
Tracking
Every order includes tracking. You'll get an email when your Lumara is on the move. Check it once. Check it twelve times. They won't judge. They're very patient.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order shows up looking like it had a rough journey, or doesn't show up at all — contact us. We'll make it right. The Lumara may be quiet, but we're not careless.
